Thin. Light. Intelligent
Designed for winter-based activewear, Phoenix was built to allow wearers to ditch their extra layers in favor of added maneuverability and comfort whilst keeping warm. Phoenix integrated products specifically target the temperature sensitive areas of the body, to provide warmth while maintaining their power efficiency, and can be actuated intelligently or as a result of external stimuli. As this technology has matured, it has seen increased use in thermotherapy wearables targeted at pain relief and soreness.
Temperature control on-the-go
Fueled by in-depth consumer research and technology development, V1 of our active-heating technology was created through the encapsulated integration of copper-based wiring into a textile form factor. We have since iterated further on Phoenix, from embroidered conductive yarns to printed heating. We have integrated Phoenix into form factors ranging from apparel, to pain relief wraps, to mattresses.
A comprehensive research study was carried out by the Institute de Biomecanica Valencia, focused around human heat perception for applications in heating and cooling technologies.
